Refund and Cancellation Policy
All orders are final. We do not offer a general cancellation or refund policy.
Any order cancellations requested after payment will result in a flat 15% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges EXCEPT in the following cases:
1. The product is damaged during shipping.
2. The product does not function correctly upon delivery as provided.
3. The product displays large cosmetic flaws that are not part of its finish (e.g. some hand-etched/hand finished products, as well as anodized aluminium surfaces).
Exclusions to this warranty are: sale/seconds/special sale/B-stock/blemished/prototype item that exhibits large cosmetic and/or functional flaws explicitly marked, described or advertised as such and intimated to the customer prior to purchase.
Replacements to product purchases covered under this return/exchange policy will be dispatched within 10 working days of our receiving the damaged product from the buyer. The buyer will bear the cost of shipping to us unless agreed otherwise.
In case of non-availability of a replacement, the buyer will be refunded in full within 14 days of our receiving the returned damaged product from the buyer through the same online payment channel, unless agreed otherwise. Refund will be credited in 14 business days to the original bank account.
Warranty
All Angia Devices products except patch cables, passive modules and passive patch utilities come with a limited 1-month warranty only, for manufacturing defects and failures exclusively. Please contact us at angiadevices@gmail.com to report any issues or defects you may be facing with your product. Please include your order number, a description of the nature of your issues, as well as any applicable media such as photos or videos demonstrating the issues.
Shipping
Our products are designed to be user-serviceable to an extent, and a majority of our products are designed around open-source schematics, hardware, and/or code. Therefore, in some cases, shipping the product to us may not be necessary. Please contact us prior to any shipping at angiadevices@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please ensure that you use a tracked/signed-for/signature verified shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending items to us. We will explicitly not take responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
